FAQs

  • How long will it take for my package to arrive?

The shipping time depends on your location in the globe and the number of products that you order.

Some products take longer to manufacture than others, therefore it may take longer to produce.

For example; the shipping time to Maldives is roughly about 10 to 21 days depending on the product.

  • Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We do. We ship worldwide.

  • What is the shipping cost to different countries?

We have placed a flat rate for shipping cost of USD 10. This flat rate applies UNTIL 30 JUNE 2022.

This means that if you order 1 item or 10 items your shipping cost will remain the same.

We want you to have our products and not be discouraged from ordering your favourite Funoas item based on shipping cost and location.

  • What size (enter apparel) should I get?

We are not firm believers of sizing as all body shapes follow their own size guide. You might fit a size Small top and a size Medium bottom.

To tackle this issue, we have included sizing guides for all of our clothing so you can take measurements of yourself and compare them to our sizes.

  • Can I pre-order my items?

We are currently working on making a pre-order schedule for Maldives.

We will keep you updated on it as we progress

  • Why are some products not eco friendly and others so?

As a small business we are trying to make all of our products as sustainably as possible.

However, making 100% eco friendly products are very expensive and therefore near impossible for a tiny business like us.

To combat this problem, we currently have a method of “make as you order” for our online shop. This means that we only start the printing and manufacturing once you have placed your order for your desired product.

For example; when you order a swimsuit, we only start the manufacturing of your swimsuit when we receive your payment through our website.

This reduces mass accumulation of unsold, excess products that may eventually end up as waste in landfills.

It also reduces the individual carbon footprint as the amount of fuel and electricity consumed during mass manufacturing of our products is reduced.
